Crown and Collar Society
Membership Terms and Conditions
THIS AGREEMENT is made on the purchase date of the membership by and between the member ("Member") and Crown and Collar Society, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("Manager").

A. Manager operates a virtual social club known as the Crown and Collar Society, who is registered at 19309 Winmeade Dr, Leesburg, VA 20176.

B. The Crown and Collar Society Community will be a membership only social club, and members will have exclusive access to services and amenities, subject to certain rules and regulations, as may be amended from time to time by Owner/Manager (the "Rules of Conduct").

C. Manager desires that Member be a member of the Crown and Collar Society, and Member desires to join Crown and Collar Society as a member subject to the Rules of Conduct. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises herein set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Manager and Member agree as follows:

Membership Fees: Member agrees to pay quoted annual dues with a 12-month commitment. This membership is not transferable and initiation fees and annual dues (collectively the "Membership Fees") are non-refundable. Membership is contingent on timely payment of annual dues and the Manager reserves the right to limit access to any member carrying a balance. Member shall pay to Manager the expressed agreed amount within ten (10) business days of the membership renewal or membership will be terminated. Member further understands that some services and amenities require additional costs.

Membership Benefits: As a member of the Crown and Collar Society, Member will receive access to the purchase of and participation in Crown and Collar Society services and amenities, as they may be offered by Manager. Manager intends to offer services and amenities to include educational and social events. In addition to access to services and amenities, Member shall be able to bring guests to Crown and Collar Society events in accordance with the Rules of Conduct. Member may bring up to three guests to an event.

Rules of Conduct: Membership and use of services and amenities will be subject to the Rules of Conduct. The present terms of the Rules of Conduct (review Rules of Conduct) are provided on the Crown and Collar Society website. Member acknowledges receipt thereof with the purchase of a membership. The Rules of Conduct are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the Manager. All members are required to review the Rules of Conduct frequently and no such revisions will ever cause Member to pay any Membership Fees other than those set forth in paragraph 1, above.

Termination: Members may terminate their membership 30 days in advance of the next billing date at the end of their 12-month commitment by providing written notice to the Manager. Written notice must be provided to fully process the cancellation.

Monthly pause deadline: 30 days before the member's next billing period (for example, if a member wishes to pause for the month of November, notification must be requested by October 1).
Annual pause deadline: 30 days before member’s annual billing date (for example, if a membership starts on August 15, 2023, the member will need to request a pause by July 15, 2024).

Canceling members will retain access services and amenities until the end of the month and no further membership dues will be placed on the member’s card. Membership Fees due prior to date of cancellation are still owed to Manager and dues already paid are non-refundable. The Crown and Collar Society does not issue refunds of any kind if the member cancels in the middle of a monthly or annual membership. Upon cancelation, member will pay any remaining balances within 10 days. If Member requests a chargeback fee on a valid charge, the chargeback fee along with any other administrative fees will be added to the member's outstanding balance.

Manager may suspend or terminate the membership of Member for breach of this Agreement or for violation of the Rules of Conduct in Manager's sole discretion.

Release of Liability: By accepting membership at Crown and Collar Society, the member and guests assume all risk of injury or harm that occurs on any property owned or operated by Crown and Collar Society, and agree to hold Crown and Collar Society harmless from any liability for damage or claims for damage for personal injury, including death.
